The most likely cause of this is an IP address conflict.
- Is the IP address of the Caddis device correct for your network? You can view the Network Status tab to see what the IP Address is.
- Confirm with your IT service provider that this is the correct IP address and is not being used.
- Disconnect the Caddis device from power so that it cannot connect to the network, and then confirm with your IT service provider that any device with the same IP address is off the network.
