• Is the device LED flashing green?
    • This confirms that the device is trying to connect, but cannot. Follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
  • Does the device have an IP address? This can be checked on the Network Status tab under the IP Address value.
    • If the device does not have an IP address, click to switch to the Network Setup tab and check whether the device is configured for DHCP or a STATIC IP address.
      • If DHCP is selected, check with your IT service provider to ensure that your network is configured properly for the device to be given an IP address.
      • If STATIC is selected, check with your IT service provider to ensure that the IP address information is correct.
  • Is the device on wifi?
    • Is the wifi signal for the device at 70% or above? You will need to refer to the Network Status tab Signal Strength value to view this metric.
  • Does your network include a firewall?
    • If yes, please review the preinstall checklist to make sure that the appropriate addresses are whitelisted and the appropriate ports are open.
