- Is the power supply for the Caddis device losing mains power?
- If yes, consult an electrician to resolve the issue.
- Is the power supply for the Caddis device sized properly?
- The Caddis device should have around 2A of current available from a power supply.
- If multiple Caddis devices are being run off of one power supply, make sure that the total current draw of the Caddis devices does not exceed the current supplying capacity of the power supply.
- Is the Caddis device grounded properly?
- It is possible for the Caddis device to be grounded through its DIN rail mount, but this is not recommended. Please be sure that pin 3 on the Caddis device's power connector is also connected to ground.
