- Is the user subscribed via email, SMS (text), or both? See the Managing Alarms section of the user guide for more details on how to check this.
- If the user is subscribed via email, make sure that the email address that they use to log into the Caddis web application is valid and deliverable. If the email address is not correct, please contact Caddis support to have it changed.
- If the user is subscribed via SMS (text), ensure that they have a valid cellular phone number set in their user settings. More details about this can be found in the Managing Personal Settings section of the user guide.
